RETURNS

  • Send us an email within 30 days, and include in your email:
    • Returns request
    • Reason for return
  • Once we receive your request, we will process your return, and you will receive an email confirmation with:
    • return instructions; and
    • return label.
  • For a refund, your product must follow these guidelines:
    • product(s) must be in their original factory packaging, wrapping, or casing;
    • products(s) must not be damaged, broken, altered, or incomplete;
    • if applicable, all accessories must be included.

EXCHANGES

Our goal is to provide the best customer service. But we are human, and mishaps happen. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, defective, broken, or you receive the wrong product, please follow these steps:

  • Send us an email within 7 days, and include in your email:
    • Returns request
    • Reason for return
  • Once we receive your request, we will process your exchange, and you will receive an email confirmation with:
    • Return/exchange instructions; and
    • return label.

WRONG ITEMS, ACCIDENTAL ORDERS, & OTHER STRANGE OCCURRENCES

If you purchased the wrong product, you added an unwanted item to your cart, or any other strange reason why you no longer want your product, please kindly send us an email within 48 hours of receipt so that we can provide you with the address where to return the item.
